Acro Yoga Workshop With Ashera Lavu
Acro yoga is a playful practice combining yoga, acrobatics and therapeutic stretching. It’s a partner or group practice that builds trust, strength, communication and connection. Starting with a warm up, moving into the Solar Practice is active, approachable acrobatic exercises. Lunar Practice has therapeutic flying, and is more passive & relaxing. Every Body is welcome and will feel empowered through the practice. Come make some new friends and experience your first flight!

With that comes offering individual tools and knowledge needed for connecting to yourself, discovering your soul desires, empowering, awakening and initiating your inner healer, teacher, sexual embodiment, divine knowing and inner truth.
