Cacao Ceremony- Experience this powerful plant medicine served as a warm drink. Cacao is rich chocolate filled with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that assist in activating the senses, opening the heart to feeling, and deep healing.
You'll be guided through a series of relaxing Restorative yoga postures (no yoga experience needed) to unwind the body & mind.
Crystal sound bowls, chimes, and bells that will vibrate throughout your energetic body instilling a deep relaxation and meditative state
Essential oils are offered to assist in engaging all five senses in the experience of restoring harmony and balance to the subtle body.
