We have a very special summer evening planned of Restorative Yoga w/ Laura and Sound Healing w/ Ashera of Onchiota Energetics.

This immersion includes:

• Restorative yoga postures to calm and relax the physical body.

• Crystal sound bowls, chimes, and bells that will vibrate throughout your energetic body instilling a deep relaxation and meditative state.

• Essential oils offered to assist in engaging all five senses in the experience of restoring harmony and balance to the subtle body.

• Everyone is invited to stay after class for a cup of tea, snack, and community gathering.
