Kayla Buckley

Certified practitioner of sound therapies | 200hr yoga teacher | reiki practitioner

In 2023, my mother and I decided to embark on our healing journeys together by enrolling in the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Program through Illumina Yoga. During this period of my life, a lot of things were changing, and my life felt as if it was falling to shambles. Little did I know, I would be embarking on this beautiful spiritual journey where I soon found out that I wanted to be a part of others healing journeys as well.

Everything changed when I started the 200hr yoga teacher training. I knew from deep within that this was the type of work I was truly meant to do—it is my purpose. I found myself becoming beyond fascinated with the overall human mind and body connection when I started my yoga teacher training, and I soon found myself falling so deeply in love with it all.
