Kaula Tantra Yoga w/ Jean Lee
Kaula Tantra Yoga is a 2.5 hour deeply meditative practice combining standing poses, floor-based postures, breath work and deep relaxation. The focus is on relaxing your body into the postures and enjoying longer holds.
This ancient yoga system arises from the Veda’s; one of the oldest yogic texts. Kaula Tantra Yoga is not about physical performance as there are no ‘correcting’ or alignment cues. You will learn to follow and tune into your intuitive body awareness vs. focusing on external standards. This workshop class is intended to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

Meet the INSTRUCTOR
Jean Lee - An avid skier, mountain biker, gardener, and Ayurvedic practitioner Jean has called the valley home for over 20 years! She is constantly immersing herself in new trainings and travels and most recently learned Kaula Tantra Yoga as a daily practice for 6 weeks at Durga's Tiger School of Tantra and Shamanism in Ecuador, South America.
