Winter Solstice Sound Healing, Cacao & Restorative Yoga w/ Ashera of Onchiota Energetics & Laura Erickson, owner of Mountain Kula Yoga.

Cacao Ceremony- Experience this powerful plant medicine served as a warm drink. Cacao is a rich chocolate filled with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that assist in activating the senses, opening the heart to feeling, and deep healing.

Restorative Yoga- You'll be guided through a series of relaxing Restorative yoga postures (no yoga experience needed) to unwind the body & mind.

Sound Healing- Crystal sound bowls, chimes, and bells that will vibrate throughout your energetic body instilling a deep relaxation and meditative state

Essential oils- Offered to assist in engaging all five senses in the experience of restoring harmony and balance to the subtle body, you will be offered a blend of Blood Orange, Frankincense, and Pinion Pine.

As an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Ordained Priestess, Energetic Intuitive, Yogi & Artist; Ashera is dedicated to assisting and guiding the evolution of our souls into our full potential through many different modalities. Offering a variety of sessions, healings, discussions, workshops & ceremonies that activate, align, release and restore balance to the many layers of the human experience. Taking what could be considered complex teachings and making them playful and approachable.

Ashera’s mission is to inspire you to chase sunsets and full moons, climb mountains and 2000 steps to a temple, travel somewhere without looking at a map, explore culture and religion, help serve the earth and humanity in some way, dance like no one is watching, continue to get out of your comfort zone, get naked and jump in, fall head over heels in love with yourself, live like you are living and enjoy the beauty of being alive!

Laura Erickson

Laura is the founder and owner of Mountain Kula Yoga. After a 20 year career in apparel design, her love of yoga, and connection to the Be Well community led her to acquire the yoga space at Be Well Studios and launch Mountain Kula Yoga. Inspired to pursue teacher training, seeking not only the physical, but the mental and emotional benefits of a yogic lifestyle, she studied Ayurveda with Cate Stillman, Heart Centered Leadership and Facilitation via the Spiritual Psychology curriculum of the University of Santa Monica, and t received her 300hr RYT from Ashley Turners Yoga.Psyche.Soul teacher training, focused on yoga psychology, yoga for mental health, social justice, and trauma-informed yoga. Laura teaches Vinyasa based classes twice a week and offers Yoga for Mental Health series throughout the year.
